Position: Graduate/Undergraduate Intern – 3 months to 12 months
This is an opportunity for a 3 to 12 month graduate internship with Open Sky, a strategically creative marketing communications agency based near Basingstoke , Hampshire. We provide a full service resource for integrated campaigns that utilise all the media within the marketing mix, and our clients are mostly in B2B. The role on offer is Graduate Intern performing the role of role as Account Executive on successful completion of the internship.
Account executives are responsible, with the Account Management team, for the frontline day to day management of their accounts, ensuring that Client and Agency staff always feel they are getting the best, most professional service possible. The role is a mix of account handling and administration.
You must have great organisational skills to set up meetings, control timings and costs, and manage information. It’s important to be able to accurately contact report meetings and you must have an eye for detail when reviewing work before sharing with the Client.
If you are a great communicator you’ll naturally respond promptly to any client request and not be afraid to ask questions to ensure the Agency understands the requirement.
You’ll get the most out of this role if you are genuinely interested in the Client’s business, and have a ‘can do’ attitude and are prepared to give that extra that makes the difference. You will get exposure to all areas of the agency’s business and a certain amount of UK travel will be required.
Your degree discipline should be in a business or marketing focussed subject.
